Here at Alter Ego Salon & Day Spa we are dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what they do and it is reflective on the smiles of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient. Gift Certificates are available in both dollar amounts, packages, or specific services.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the number of services that we do daily we now require a debit card, credit card or gift certificate number to hold all of our appointments. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so that we may accommodate all of our clients that need to get in to see us. If you call the day of your appointment to cancel and we are unable to re-book that time slot there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of your original appointment cost. If you are a no call no show it will be 100% of the service charge. Clients that consistently no show will then be asked to pay in advance for their appointment. Please know that we absolutely understand emergencies happen and we will always take these issues into account when you need to cancel.
